The development consists of three individual, two-storey office blocks, utilizing maximum bulk allocation and zoning restrictions. The buildings are constructed on a combined basement parking level, maximizing secure undercover parking on the three relatively small sites.
Tafelberg Furnishers Fire Reconstruction
Following a devastating fire of this landmark, a household retailer’s premises, the building was completely redesigned and built on the original footprint, increasing the headroom height inside dramatically as well as accommodating management offices on a mezzanine level. The building was re-opened less than 8 months after the fire, which time incorporated redesign, building plan and tender approval.
